I'm Carrie, an Intuitive Healing Movement & Yoga Therapist, and I am here to guide you through deeply embodied, personalized practices that unlock the flow of energy, awareness and wholeness within you. 

Whether you are navigating stress, discomfort, past experiences or a longing to feel more connected to yourself, this work is here to support your healing, transformation and expansion.

What is Mindful Being Flow?

Mindful Being Flow is a unique integrative method blending:

  • Breathwork, energy work and mindfulness

  • Nervous system regulation & practices

  • Stillness, embodiment, and movement ritual

Every session is customized - guided by both your body and intuition. You won't be told what to do. You will be supported in remembering how to listen and respond from within.

When life feels uncertain or you're standing at a threshold — between who you were and who you're becoming — Yoga Nidra offers a sanctuary.

This deeply restorative meditative practice invites you to lie down, let go, and be gently guided inward. Through breath, body awareness, and inner imagery, you’ll begin to release what no longer serves and reconnect with a quieter, wiser part of yourself.

In this space of stillness, healing happens. Clarity arises. You remember who you are beneath the noise.
